ForeRunner Voice Circuit Emulation Service модуль для
коммутаторов ASX200BX и ASX1000 позволяет непосредственно подключать к
своим 6-ти E1 портам АТС, мультиплексоры, видео кодеры. В ряде случаев
это позволяет избежать затрат на покупку отдельных устройств доступа. Отличительными
особенностями модуля являются возможность индивидуально маршрутизировать
каждый DS0 канал из любого E1 канала ( при этом модуль распознает и передает
внутриканальную сигнализацию) и возможность уменьшать задержки пакетизации,
повышая качество передаваемой речи, путем изменения степени заполнения
ATM ячеек передаваемым трафиком.
